PSU Homecoming/Hartslog Day

Last weekend was Penn State's Homecoming weekend and Hartslog day in Alexandria. I went to my first homecoming parade for PSU. Normally I avoid it because traffic gets really bad. I have to admit I had a great time. Hartslog day is a one day event in October where the main street and some side streets of Alexandria are blocked off for vendors selling homemade gifts and food. It is awesome!!

Anniversary Day!

Today Dan and I have been married for 4 years! Wow, where did the time go. Feels like we've been together forever. I got off work early today to take one of the cats to the vet. Needless to say she is traumatized now. We had a great dinner at home. I made a pot of chili and cornbread. We plan to go out to really celebrate Saturday evening to the Olive Garden.
